DOU SALON
DOU是代表一個名字， 是為了記念陪伴了店主16年，於2017年10月1日己移民到了彩虹橋的寵物狗DOUSI (豆豉)，她是店主最愛最錫最掛念最不能替代的"豆公主"。

The name DOU was chosen to commemorate DOUSI (Black Bean), the owner’s beloved pet dog who shared 16 wonderful years of life before "immigrating" to the Rainbow Bridge on October 1, 2017. To the owner, she was the most cherished, most loved, and most irreplaceable "Princess Dou."
When you visit the shop, you will find traces of the owner's precious memories and heartfelt moments shared with DOUSI.❤️🐾

"跟豆雲"的故事
店主最愛的寵物狗“豆豉” （史納莎）在2017年10月1日（16歲）移民去彩虹橋前半年時間裏，因年老及生病情況下，她的健康慢慢轉差，身體變得很瘦弱，一天內差不多有22小時都處於休息睡眠狀態~~~
這張相片絕對不是AI, 是店主2017年5月中到泥泊爾山上寺廟旅遊時, 一天下午在山上欣賞風景時突然發現整個加德滿都天空上就只有這一大片雲， 而這片雲的形狀就正正和“豆豉”當時外形樣貌一模一樣而立刻拍攝下來。是跟著店主一起去旅行的"跟豆雲"~~對店主來說感覺非常奇妙非常珍貴❤️
In the six months leading up to October 1, 2017—when the owner’s beloved Miniature Schnauzer, Dousi, crossed the Rainbow Bridge at the age of 16—her health gradually declined due to old age and illness. She became very frail, spending nearly 22 hours a day in deep rest and sleep.
This photograph is absolutely not AI-generated. It was captured by the owner in mid-May 2017 while visiting a mountain temple in Nepal. One afternoon, while taking in the scenery, the owner suddenly noticed a single, massive cloud stretching across the Kathmandu sky. The shape of that cloud was the exact likeness of Dousi’s silhouette at the time.
It felt as if she were a "Tag-along Cloud" traveling right beside the owner. For the owner, it was a moment of pure wonder—a precious, miraculous connection that remains deeply cherished.❤️
DOU STAY成員 (DOU's Members)
除了DOU SALON，店主的家DOU STAY其實總共有4位寵物家族成員在內。
第一位進駐的當然是“豆豉”（史納莎）。一個月大時在寵物店被店主帶了回家後就成為了被萬千寵愛的豆公主。“豆豉”在診所發出針卡上的出生日期是2001年10月1日，而離開移民到彩虹橋的日期正正是2017年10月1日。對店主來說每年10月1日是非常特別的日子❤️
有“豆豉”當然要襯埋“陵魚”（白色魔天使），是“豆豉”差不多一歲時店主從當時的域多利狗房領養回家的。“鯪魚”是被前主人遺棄於狗房門外，狗房評估她被遺棄時已經8歲。當天狗房工作人員表示如還沒人領養，隔天便會被人道毀滅....因此店主當刻決定帶她回家~~~可憐的是之後發現“鯪魚”應該是因為前主人知道她患有癌症而棄養她~~~領養她4年後直至12歲時便移民去了彩虹橋。
“豆皮” & “豆乾”（盾臂龜），店主2010年年尾從旺角寵物店帶回家時他們只有手心掌般大的體積。他們每日一齊相處，一齊食菜，一齊行路做運動，一齊打摔角遊戲，一齊你推我撞咁開心一齊成長~~~直至2022年年中某天發現“豆乾”身體不適，獸醫診斷出因先天性問題影響身體健康，於同年12月22日移民去了彩虹橋。
所以DOU STAY 內4位寵物成員，現在就只淨下今年已16歲的“豆皮”繼續陪伴店主。“豆皮”稍後亦有機會到DOU SALON做個不定期龜店長，到時大家可以嚟探吓佢❤️
In addition to DOU SALON, the owner’s home, DOU STAY, is the heart of a four-pet family.
The first to arrive was Bean (a Miniature Schnauzer). Brought home from a pet shop at just one month old, she became the "Princess" of the house, showered with endless love. Bean’s life had a poetic symmetry: her birth date on her medical card was October 1st, 2001, and she eventually crossed the Rainbow Bridge on that same day—October 1st, 2017. To the owner, October 1st will always be a profoundly special day. ❤️
To keep Bean company, the owner adopted Dace (a white Maltese) about a year later from the Victoria Dog Kennel. Dace had a heartbreaking start; she was abandoned at the kennel’s doorstep, and staff estimated she was already 8 years old. They told the owner that if she wasn't adopted that very day, she would be euthanized the next. Without hesitation, the owner brought her home, only to discover later that she likely had cancer—the probable reason her previous owners gave her up. Despite her illness, Dace lived a loved life for four more years before passing away at age 12.
Then came Dou Pei and Dou Gon (Sulcata tortoises). When the owner brought them home from Mong Kok in late 2010, they were only the size of a palm. They grew up side-by-side—eating, walking, exercising, and even "wrestling" together every day. Sadly, in mid-2022, Dou Gon fell ill. Diagnosed with a congenital health issue, he moved to the Rainbow Bridge on December 22nd of that year.
Today, of the four original members at DOU STAY, only Dou Pei remains. Now 16 years old, Dou Pei continues to be the owner’s loyal companion. Soon, Dou Pei might even make guest appearances at DOU SALON as our "Shop Manager." We invite you all to come by and say hello!❤️
